Cooking doesn’t come naturally for everyone, but lucky for you, I’m here to help!

I'm going to show you how to cook healthy & delicious meals with simple ingredients. And while we cook together, I will help you understand the nutritional value of good home-cooked food.

The One Day Intensive


During your one day intensive (5 hours), we will not only give your kitchen cupboards a make-over, we will also either cook a meal together OR go on a Super Market Savvy Shopping Tour, where we visit the local health food store or super market and shop together.  You will learn how to read labels, select easy and healthy ingredients and I will share with you my recommendation & shortcuts. All the guidance and help you need to completely revitalise your kitchen.
